Steven Jobs is now a successful man in IT, listen his story then we may find what differences between Jobs and Gate. I'm really convince of Steven's story that help me to learn many things.

Frist story(connecting the dot): He said about his family when he was young. At that time, his biological mother was young ungraduate student, so she put him in adaption. His biologial mother found out that his parents not good, but his parents promised that he could go to college. He dropped out the college to take another course because he was not interested in his class. Finally, he found the inresting one for him. He said he had made many bad decisions in his life that he couldn't realize by looking forward, only do it by looking backward.
Second story(love and loss): Steven told us about his job.Sound liked he was very interesting his job even if he was fired. He said we should do something that we truely like to do and do scared lose face. Keep looking not settle.
Third story (The death): "People affraid of death even they've know they can reach the heaven" Steven state. He was facing to the death because his cancer. The doctor said him to prepair to die, yet he suffered from the death by a surgery. He said we should do somethings that follow your heart because it help you to confirm exactly what you want to do.
The last sentence he enphasized to us : "Stay hungry, stay foolish".
After I listen his speech, I thought about my life. I felt I had lost many things. I sure that I had a better situation than Steven, yet I'm not successful like him. He said we should do something we like, but actually it is not true. You're difficult to do sth you like because the life somtimes is very complex. I convince of doing sth by your heart and don't follow someone's speech. Finally, I fell Steven is a successfull man.

Later this term, when we read "The Alchemist," you may want to come back to the Steve Jobs video, since the messages are kind of similar. The difference, I guess, would be that Jobs is very much an American, but the story of Santiago and the Alchemist is not really an American story. What do I mean by that? Well, maybe that Santiago learns some things that are different from what Steve Jobs knows . . . (Read the book and see).
